I highly recommend everyone have a Point 2 Agent website.  Point 2 Agent offers the ability to create virtual tours for every listing, has an easy to use design interface and listing syndication amongst other things.  They offer a free 15 page website for 6 months and then charge about $9 per month after that.  They had to do this because of the number of free sites they had that people built part way and then ignored.  I persoanlly own 2 premium sites.  That's how much I believe in their product.

To be honest, I have used Microsoft AdCenter in the past but have focused primarily on Google and Yahoo.  That does not mean that this is not a viable option though.  i would start with Google, then Yahoo, then to all of the others.  I could find no sign up incentive link.  If I do, I will post here.

Constant Contact is the first product that comes to mind here.  I have used this product, but they did not like the fact I uploaded the entire REALTOR database from the MLS.  They cancelled my account as a result.  Their compliance department had a problem with the source of my list.  With that said, i loved the product while it lasted and would highly recommend it.  They even offer a FREE 60 day trial that is worth checking out.
