Our concept is simple, to be a brokerage built by agents for agents. We have extensive experience from major brokerages in the past and each one did a good job, but not a great job addressing agent issues. Compensation is a big issue. You either pay too much and get too little, or pay too little and get even less. Because of this, we have a 90/10 split with our agents.   Also, your checks are cut directly from title, so no long waits wondering if you will ever get paid.  All you need is a complete file, and the check is yours!!!

We also offer a basic plan and an enhanced plan. The basic plan does not have a monthly fee and offers some very valuable tools and services including Enhanced Listings on REALTOR.com for all of your listings including 25 photos, ability to post virtual tours and video, real text descriptions all with your contact information on the screen.  The free basic plan also includes free color and black and white copies plus business development consultation.  Every agent will also have access to company generated Market Analysis Reports. 

The enhanced plan is $250 per month and includes many of the tools necessary for an agent to be successful or enhance their ability to do business. Some features of the enhanced plan are a complete virtual office package including a website, a toll free fax number routed directly to your email, a toll free phone system with extensions for Ad-Tracking, 24 virtual slide show tours, a transaction management module, a contact management module as well as a Home Showing feedback module.  The Enhanced Plan also includes a custom designed lead generating website focusing on any market you choose, from a specific community up to an entire city valued at between $695 and $1,500 as well as access to our exclusive referral network. The best part is this fee is reimbursed or waived with just 2 closings per month!!!!

For the enhanced program, teams with 3 or more agents only pay $500 per month, again fully refundable based on production.

I mentioned the referral network. We have an unmatched ability to generate qualified buyer and seller leads. We even have a leads coordinator who screens and qualifies them and passes them on to our agents after they have been screened!!! We do have a referral fee, but as an option to enhance your business, both immediately and in the future, we all win together.

Oh ya, we also offer a $500 incentive to help pay for signs and business cards. We have custom signs ready to go with your name, your phone number and your website address on them.
